Visited on the 14/10/2023 Friendly staff and good service. The burger was alright. Had some nice crispy bacon. Sadly the chips had way too much salt. Which made it inedible to eat. I rather go to Chatswood then this venue.

I was here for some ice cream a few weeks ago and the wait was pretty long. Maybe because the staff were still new and it was around lunch hours. Ice cream itself - good sized scoops of ice cream that wasnt too sweet, but I like my ice cream on rich creamier side. Service - It was chaotic and other customers in line were complaining about the long wait. Getting the take out ice cream should not have taken more than 5 minutes. I waited for a while. Maybe 15 minutes? However the server who served the ice cream was attentive and gave a cup to put the ice cream on the side along with a spoon with a big smile! Atmosphere wise Betty's Burger certainly brightened this corner of the shopping centre which had gone through a number of short lived cafes.

Kids loved their burgers and onion rings a lot. Meal size tends to be smaller than usual, but price reflected it. Cass gave us great service and we enjoyed the night

Was kinda hot the day I went but the food was great! A little pricy but the quality of the food and taste was worth it for me, just needed a little more salt or seasoning. The decor and seating area was also very nice, but the day I went was very hot, and there was no room inside with the air con, do I was a little sweaty outside, but there was shade. Would recommend.

As a coeliac, Betty’s Burger is a regular haunt for my family. There’s so few places we can eat and it’s always a relief to not have to explain what being coeliac means for kitchen requirements. Thanks to Bianca for looking after us this evening. I’m sure we’ll be back again before long!

We had lunch at the Hornsby outlet - Crispy Chicken and Spicy Chicken burgers with sides of onion rings and fries. The ingredients were fresh, cooked well and flavorful. The portion size was average. Onion rings could be rated 5/5.
